I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations and changes need to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. I understand things come up. Your time is valuable! Please remember my time is also valuable - this is my livelihood!! Booking a service and no showing/canceling can deprive me of earning from other potential clients & prevent them from getting on my schedule!!! Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. NO SHOW appointments will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. There is a small processing fee when using a card to pay for your service. Other payments are accepted via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or check!! Thanks for your understanding :)
